Once you've been approved and matched with one of our puppies, you're welcome to visit and pick up your new companion directly from our home.

Most pickups are scheduled on weekends to accommodate families, but we are happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. Simply provide advance notice and we'll arrange a convenient time.

We do not allow casual visits or walk-ins. In the past, unexpected visitors have caused unnecessary stress for both the puppies and their mothers. Once your application has been approved and your puppy has been reserved, you'll be more than welcome to visit and spend time with your future companion.
Delivery Options
If traveling isn't convenient, we can safely deliver your puppy through a trusted professional pet nanny service.
Your puppy travels in the airplane cabin, never in cargo, accompanied by a professional pet nanny throughout the journey.
The nanny provides attentive care, including food and water breaks, monitoring, and pre-flight preparations to ensure a comfortable trip.
Simply provide your complete address including street, city, state, and ZIP code and we'll coordinate the delivery details.
Once travel arrangements are confirmed, you'll receive flight details, estimated arrival times, and tracking information for your puppy's journey.
