Welcome to Mikey’s Chance – where our passion for Pitbulls started as a family love and grew into a lifelong mission.
We are more than just a kennel. We are a family. Our home is filled with love, laughter and children and dogs that are more than just pets, they are part of our everyday life. With soft hands, playful energy, real family moments and the kind of care that helps every puppy we raise grow into a confident, loyal companion.
Our journey began with Athena, a feisty and unforgettable Pitbull, who entered our lives when we least expected it. She quickly became so much more than a dog. She was the protector of our children, our steady comfort through the busy days, and the heart behind our decision to raise Pitbulls the right way. That same love and commitment still drives everything we do 18 years, 5 breeding pairs and 236 puppies later.
Our puppies are raised right here at Mikey’s Chance. At the very beginning, they hear the sounds of a busy home, play with our kids, interact with our dogs, feel the warmth of family life. We feel these early experiences are key to producing well socialized, affectionate and dependable dogs, ready to be a meaningful part of their forever homes.
When one of our puppies goes to a new home it’s personal. We love meeting new families in person. We want to know that each puppy is going to a home of love, patience and commitment. For us, placing a puppy isn’t just a transaction – it’s the start of a life-long relationship.
